Members' Meeting

Each month, members meet at a park to:

  • Pick-up next month's newsletter/calendar
  • Provide valuable feedback about the club
  • Vote on different issues (e.g. calendar events), and club decisions are made by all members in attendance at the Members' Meetings
  • Win a Raffle Prize! The money we raise is donated to a local charity.

Also, new members have a chance to meet the board members. The President, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Membership, Secretary and Treasurer are elected for a year to ensure that the club runs smoothly, and that each and every member has a pleasant MOMS Club experience. The board is committed to always listen to the members' needs and to implement their ideas.

Coordinator's positions are announced and elected at these meetings as well. These positions are open to anybody who can volunteer her time for 6 months. Each year, new coordinator's positions are created or replaced, depending on the club's needs.
